Tamas
Simon
General Manager
Tamás Simon was born in Vác in 1962. He is a founder and co-owner of the
Qualysoft Group. Together with his co-owner he establishes and brings on Qualysoft subsidiaries in
Vienna, in 1999 in Munich, in 2000, in Budapest in 2001 and in Belgrade in 2003. Within the Group
currently he is responsible for finance and internal procedures.
He graduated as an electrical engineer at the Technical University of Budapest. After his
graduation he becomes a software developer in 1987 at the Krupp Company in North Germany. From 1990
he works in Vienna as a software developer, IT-counsellor and project manager mainly in the bank
sector. He and his partner successfully establish the first company of the Qualysoft Group followed
by other Qualysoft companies in the region. Then in 2002 they set up ITJobs operating in the field
of IT human resources in Budapest and further ITJobs agencies in the region
Between 1995 and 1997, he studies "Marketing and Sales management” at WIFI in Vienna. Between
2005 and 2007 he studies EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analyst Societies) at the Budapest
Training Centre for Bankers.
He has been married since 1983 and has two sons. He speaks English and German well. He is
fond of sport and nature. His passion is hunting.
Peter
Oros
Sales Director

Peter Oros was born in 1971 in Érsekújvár. He has been a joint-owner and international general manager of the Qualysoft Group and the Trade Manager of QS Serbia since 2006. He is responsible for the development of the Hungarian, Austrian, German, Serbian, Romanian and Slovak market.
Mr Oros studied economy and computer science at the University of Ilmenau. After graduation
he started his career as an IT-consultant in South-Germany then he was managing director of GFT
Technologies GmbH Österreich and GFT Web-Solutions Kft Ungarn, two companies founded by him until
joining Qualysoft in 2006. The idea of the GFT companies was based on the fact that Hungary is
considered to be one of the most appropriate places for establishing a regional IT-support company
group.
During his career some of his clients were among others Daimler-Chrysler, Deutsche Post,
Pricewaterhouse Coopers etc. Apart from Hungarian he speaks German, English, Slovak and Russian.
Marko
Ristić
Operations Manager
Marko Ristić joined Qualysoft as Web Developer in 2004 for a project in US Steel. He was
responsible for the organization of the Intranet system at the US Steel and for the connection with
major US Steel factories. After a while he became Senior Project Manager, and he continued working
together with the US Steel as a Key Account Manager. He now works as Operations Manager for the
Qualysoft Serbia, responsible for BPM initiative and overall management of the projects. He leads a
team of Managers, Developers and Associates.
He studied Computer Science at Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš.
He got his IT experiences at the IBIS Sys Ni and at the University of Niš, Faculty of
Electronic engineering as IT Specialist with such as work like programming, IT technical support
and installation and administration of WEB and Mail Servers etc.
From 2000 till 2004 he worked again for the University of Niš. In this period he was a Head
of IT Department in the Faculty of Sports science. He organized and coordinated the work and was
responsible for supporting entire software networks and coordination of scheduling strategies for
data network installation. In addition to he designed and created several employee training
programs, worked closely with the Dean to restructure the organization, created and implemented the
faculty’s first Strategic Information Systems Plan etc.
Marko is proud father and his two daughters, fan of music and scuba diving and also very
passionate supporter of FC Red Star Belgrade.
